I just want to know what my team needs, what are some threats that I need to cover up and some replacements that won't entirely change the team.

Landorus @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Hidden Power: Flying
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Sandsear Storm
- Tera Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

This set is built to deal lots of damage to both opponents really quickly and threaten Gholdengo, some Incineroar, Chi-Yu and Chien Pao.

Regieleki @ Assault Vest
Ability: Transistor
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 64 HP / 28 Def / 116 SpA / 80 SpD / 220 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Electroweb
- Electro Ball
- Tera Blast

A basic speed control and hazard removal set that can be utilized to provide support and deal some good chip damage. Tera Grass is a defensive type that lets Regieleki hit Ground types for a lot of damage. Electro Ball abuses Regieleki incredible Speed stat, its ability Transistor and any speed drops from Electroweb and/or Thunder Wave (Murkrow uses Prankster T-Wave). 'Leki's EV spread lets it take hits without getting instantly KO'd while dealing decent damage and boasting a speed stat of 540.

Gholdengo @ Life Orb
Ability: Good as Gold
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Make It Rain
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
- Nasty Plot

Like Landorus, this Gholdengo is built to deal monstrous damage to both opponents and threaten multiple pokemon. With the support of Murkrow's Tailwind, Gholdengo can outspeed most of the competition and sweep 2 thirds of the opponent's team with a double STAB (if terastallized), 2x SpA Make It Rain.

Murkrow @ Eviolite
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Haze
- Tailwind
- Thunder Wave
- Foul Play

This Murkrow is built to be bulky and is utilized to be a support pokemon. Being able to remove enemy stat buffs/remove friendly stat debuffs with haze, double all teammates speed with tailwind and paralyze opposing pokemon with T-Wave makes Murkrow an incredible support pokemon. To deal damage, Murkrow will use Foul Play and use the opponent's attack stat against them.

Incineroar @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 176 HP / 96 Atk / 92 Def / 36 SpD / 108 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz
- Knock Off

Fake Out can threaten the opponent into a double protect, giving the other Pokemon a chance to set up or provide more support for the team. Parting Shot reduces both attack stats and allows Incin to refresh its Intimidate and Fake Out. Knock Off deals good damage and removes a Pokemon's item. Flare Blitz is the primary STAB since it boasts great power and a chance to burn. Its EV spread lets Incin tank hits effectively while dealing a good amount of damage and outspeeding other support Pokemon. The Shuca Berry lets Incin tank EQs with relative ease after Intimidate.

Metagross-Mega @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power-Up Punch
- Meteor Mash
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

Whenever I get the chance to use Mega Metagross, I WILL use it.

Power-up Punch deals some chip damage and boosts Metagross's attack by 1 stage. Meteor Mash is a reliable STAB move that can also increase its Attack stat. Ice Punch and EQ are effective coverage moves that deal super effective damage to a large pool of pokemon. Stomping Tantrum is a fair choice as to not damage any teammates, but EQ boasts more overall power.

Edit: Ok so they just banned Mega Metagross and I am now currently using Mega Lopunny as a replacement. If you have any viable replacements for it, please lmk. If you're wondering what I'm running on Lopunny then here's the set:

Lopunny-Mega @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Play Rough
- Power-Up Punch
- Close Combat

Standard physical set that abuses Scrappy. Power-up Punch is to set up and Play Rough and CC are used to sweep. Fake Out breaks sash and provides some support for teammates.
